Personal Information Collection Statement and Policy

個人資料收集聲明及政策

I. Privacy Principles 隱私原則

To preserve the confidentiality of your personal data provided to Caritas (either alone or jointly with the Community Team, collectively the “Data User”), the Data User shall maintain the following data privacy principles:

為了保護你個人資料的保密性，明愛（不論是獨自還是聯同社區團隊，統稱為「資料使用者」）貫徹下列資料私隱原則：

(a)The Data User shall only collect personal data that the Data User believes to be relevant and required for the purpose of the Project.

  資料使用者只收集資料使用者認為與本計劃相關且必要的個人資料。

(b)The Data User will not disclose your personal data outside Caritas, the Community Team or recognized academic institutions unless we have expressly informed you or have your consent or are required by law.

  除非已明確告知你或獲得你同意或按照法律規定，資料使用者不會向明愛、社區團隊或認可學術機構以外的人士披露你的個人資料。

(c)The Data User shall aim to keep your personal data accurate and up-to-date.

  資料使用者希望保存你準確及最新的個人資料。

(d)The Data User shall maintain appropriate security systems designed to prevent unauthorized access to your personal data.

  資料使用者須維持適當的保安措施，以防有人擅取你的個人資料。

II. Personal Data Collected個人資料收集

Personal data collected and held by the Data User may include information such as your name, age, address, contact number, GPS location, e-mail address and other records gathered during the course of your usage of the Platform and/or the Games and Events from which your identity, habits and personality can be ascertained.

資料使用者持有的個人資料，包括你姓名、年齡、地址、聯絡電話號碼、GPS定位、電郵地址及其他在你使用本平台和/或參與遊戲和活動時收集到的紀錄，藉以確定你的身份、習慣及性格。

III. Purpose of Collection 收集個人資料的用途

The Data User may use the Personal Data collected and held by the Data User for the purpose of the Project and any directly related purposes. The Data User may also use such Personal Data : -

資料使用者可能會使用持有的個人資料用於本計劃及任何與此直接有關的用途。資料使用者亦會使用你的個人資料作下列用途:

(a)to enable social worker(s) or other staff of the Community Team to communicate with you for the purpose of providing you with educational, social or other community services;

(b)to enable Caritas and the Community Team to improve, enhance, design or launch existing or new services, programmes or events; and

(c)for the purpose of academic research.

(a)讓社區團隊的社工或其他員工能夠與你聯絡，向你提供教育、社會或其他社區服務；

(b)讓明愛及社區團隊能夠改善、提升、設計、開展現有的或新的服務、計劃或活動；及

(c)學術研究目的。

IV. Transfer of Personal Data 個人資料的轉移

The Data User may for the purposes stated above, transfer any of your Personal Data to the following third parties or classes of third parties : -

就上述任何用途之需要，資料使用者可能會將你的個人資料轉移給下述的第三方：

(a)The Chinese University of Hong Kong 香港中文大學;

(b)The Education University of Hong Kong 香港教育大學;

(c)Generation : You Employed (HK) Limited; and

(d)Other Universities and Higher Education Institutions in Hong Kong 其他在香港的大學及高等教育機構.

V. Direct Marketing 直接推廣

The Data User may use your name, contact number, address and email for marketing products, events, programmes and education related to the Project and making appeals for non-profit organisations.

資料使用者可能會使用你的姓名、聯絡電話號碼、通訊地址及電郵地址推廣與本計劃相關的活動、計劃和教育，以及為非牟利機構作出呼籲。

If you wish us to exclude your personal data for direct marketing purposes, please send us an email, along with your name and account number to our Data Protection Officer at gamedev@clap.hk.

如你希望我們停止使用你的個人資料作直接推廣，請連同你的姓名及賬戶號碼發送電郵至gamedev@clap.hk與資料保障主任聯絡。

VI. Retention of Personal Data 個人資料的保留

Unless required by law, the Data User will retain your Personal Data for up to 6 months after this Agreement has been terminated.

除非法律另有要求，否則資料使用者會在本協議終止後保留你的個人資料不超過 6 個月。

VII. Access to and Correction of Personal Data 查閱或更正你的個人資料

You have a right to request access to, and the correction and erasure of, your personal data in accordance with, where applicable, the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), and any other data protection law as applicable. Requests for access and, correction and/or erasure of personal data, as well as withdrawal of consent, where applicable, should be made by email and addressed to our Data Protection Officer at gamedev@clap.hk or by letter and sent to the following address:

根據《個人資料(私隱)條例》（第486章）及其他適用的個人資料保護法例，你有權查閱、更正和刪除你的個人資料。有關查閱、更正及/或刪除你的個人資料的要求，以及撤回同意的要求（如適用），請通過電郵gamedev@clap.hk或致函以下地址與我們的資料保障主任聯絡：
